Goods Out

Please Note: Delivery times and charges to the Channel Islands and Eire will be different to the terms set out below.

Delivery will be made within 5 working days from the date of the order being placed. The method of delivery will be at the sole discretion of Ciret Limited.

Delivery Charges

We regret we are unable to accept orders with a value below £50.00 (excluding any VAT where applicable).

Orders with a value of £50.00 to £149.99 (excluding any VAT) will incur a contribution to packing and delivery costs of £15.00 plus VAT.

Orders with a value of £150.00 and above (excluding any VAT) will include delivery to any UK mainland destination.

Any delivery charges applicable will be automatically calculated when you place your order.

Lost or Damaged Goods in Transit

Ciret Ltd will replace or credit goods damaged or lost in transit provided that any shortages or damages have been clearly noted on the delivery document and signed by, or on behalf of, the customer.

Ciret Ltd must be notified of any shortages or damages within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Ciret Ltd cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that have been signed for by the customer as complete and in good condition.
